American Freedoms Take Down

I just finished watching a documentary named ‘Raid on America’ put out by The Epoch Times. Regardless of political persuasion every person that claims to be American should watch it. I recommend but do not get anything for this recommendation. But it stirred up something in my soul that I must share. These feelings have been swirling around for a while and now I must write.

I am a red-blooded American at heart. When I was growing up the Democratic party or the Republican party did not mean anything but the person’s moral fiber that was running for office was all that mattered.

Hmmm. Moral fiber. What did that mean? It meant that what a person said is what they would do. It meant that what a person did is what came from their heart and they would stand by it. It meant that right would always be right and wrong would just wrong. But what is today’s definition of moral fiber? Seems it has changed.

Moral fiber today seems to be whatever is politically correct is all that matters. If a person lies to get ahead that is acceptable if it has a political agenda. What a person does, whether right or immoral, is OK as long as they are politically correct. Life has no sanctity so if someone does another in, whether physically or mentally, as long as there is some greater political reason it makes it OK, and if someone disagrees with this nonsense then they are labeled a domestic terrorist.

This political correctness is a war on America, the American people and the freedoms that American used to stand for.

If I cannot speak what I believe because it might offend someone, my freedom is canceled. If I cannot listen to someone that does not think like me without wanting to harm them, my freedom is canceled. If someone who does not agree with me cannot listen without wanting to do me in then my freedom is canceled along with theirs, for at some point in time what they believe should be done to a fellow American will eventually come true for them.

We are living in dangerous times. Right now we are living under a dictatorial regime that will do anything to stay in power, and both sides are equally to blame.

Why do you think all Trump supporters have been put on a domestic terrorist list?

Why do you think that all registered Republicans have been put on a domestic terrorist list?

Why do you think every person with a registered gun has been put on a domestic terrorist list?

Why do you think that all true Christian churches have been targeted because the people within are domestic terrorist?

Do you think the statements above are false? Go google these things and begin to think for yourself. Yes, there are always way far left or way far right people that just don’t make sense. Beware of them but there are many God fearing Americans that are speaking the truth you just have to look with open eyes and open ears.

Why do you think the powers are targeting the freedom of speech? Because of this one fact: One person standing up for the truth and speaking out so the people hear will bring down a dictatorship. So they fight against the freedom of free thoughts and free speech.

Our founding fathers feared this power of a few so immensely that it is why the Constitution and the Bill of Rights were written, to try to keep America free. We are one of a handful of countries that based our freedoms on our God given rights, given to us by the Creator. This is why America grew. This is also what the political powers want stripped from us, the knowledge that we all have been created by God so we are all equal, not just a few, not just the ones in power, not just the rich, not just the people with a certain education, not just a certain color. We are all equal.

So please, America, Americans, look up from your texting, look up from your social media, look up from your party choice and courageously say, “I will think for myself. I will reason for myself. I will respect your freedom to speak as you believe so that I can keep my freedom of speech. If one of us loses that freedom we have all lost.”

Pray for America.

If my people, which are call by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

2 Chronicles :14

Soul Hunter

Circling round and round ever she searches looking carefully for the hapless soul that she needs to survive. Unknown below, the souls that roam the earth, good and bad, each give off their own particular aura. She likes the pretty ones, so she soars high above to spot them. When she finds one alone, it becomes her prey and that soul is taken hostage and will not be able to find rest again. Its energy of fear and confusion feeds her thirst for power, ever above, ever searching.

The soul hunter, esquisite in many ways when viewed on earth, seems to be gracious and full of wisdom and knowledge. She uses her wiles to get people to do her bidding. She keeps those who fawn over her close to her and protected from earthly harm. All those that follow her charms and her whims, their souls are allowed to stay because they are not worth much anyway as their aura has been darkened by their deeds. She holds out a promise that she can fulfill the meaning of life and grant people the peace they desire. Inside she is a boiling pot of poison and evil. No one that looks on the outside can see inside for if they did they would run in terror. In her own eyes she cannot be defeated. The One still sees.

Until the battle that will end her reign of terror, she will continue her divinations, her spells, and her soul hunts. Many people that believe in good have fallen under her spell and have become one of the wandering souls in her prison. Too early good people are gone. In her world the evil are protected and live much longer than they should. She does not tell those around her that she knows of a power greater than hers. For now, she keeps the secret close to her heart; for in her spells is her power and fear gives her greedy gains of power over the weak-minded. Perhaps the battle of power will not come.

In her folly and gloating over all her souls, she ignores the One that can cause her harm, so on she goes with her soul hunts. Delighted with each hunt, listening to the cries of her prey souls, her ego and the adreneline rush keeps her hunting. Daily she goes out. Sometimes she hunts in the streets of the city, sometimes in the suburbs and sometimes even ventures further afield, but the cities hold the most prey. The souls are so busy with life that they rarely look up to see the awful truth of her rein of terror. They do not lift their eyes to the heavens to see the real beauty that is there. They are so busy with what they think is important, they become prey, and the prettiest ones are often the ones who think they see so clearly. Oh so lucky they cannot see her coming for them! They are blinded by their own busyness. Yet One sees.

Then the day came when everything changed. The light was so bright in the skies she could not hunt from above. She was used to soaring in the dark skies but now flying was impossible. On earth she could not always see the aura she sought so desperately. Weakness was finding her because of the light. Fear now took hold of her heart and her fear was the same as souls that she held in prison.

The skies grew brighter and the storms became stronger. The waves crashed over her. She was loosing grip of all her decieving power. The prison that she kept her souls in began to shake until the doors began to open. Not just one-by-one did they open, but with each wave more and more souls were ripped from their cells and from her hands. Wailing in fear and terror, she now felt the wrath of the only One that could defeat her. She had hoped he did not see and would grow tired of caring for these people. She thought wrong. With sudden fury and strength with His outstretched arm and with the power of His Word she was brought down very low. No more souls for her to feed on. No more weak people to do her bidding. Defeated.

The grip she thought she had on her world was gone. The power she wanted was in the hands of another.

The Lion had been watching. The Lion did care what happened to these earthly souls. The Lion … He came. The Lion no one could defeat had come and overpowered her and now the souls she kept imprisoned were free to find rest. Now she would be the one imprisoned in her own cell.

Good story? Fantasy? Could there even be a little bit of truth to this story. The story of good vs evil. The story cannot possibly have a base in the Bible, the real Bible, the Word-of-God Bible? Check this out.

“Woe to the women who sew magic charms on all their wrists and make veils of various lengths for their heads in order to ensnare people. Will you ensnare the lives of My people but preserve your own? You have profaned me among my people for a few handfuls of barley and scraps of bread. By lying to my people, who listen to lies, you have killed those who should not have died and have spared those who should not live. ” ‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am against your magic charms with which you ensnare people like birds and I will tear them from your arms; I will set free the people that you ensnare like birds. I will tear off your veils and save my people from your hands, and they will no longer fall prey to your power. Then you will know that I am the Lord. Because you disheartened the righteous with your lies, when I had brought them no grief, and because you encouraged the wicked to not turn from their evil ways and so save their lives, therefore you will no longer see false visions or practice divination. I will save my people from you hands. And then you will know that I am the Lord.'” Eziekel 13:18-23 NIV

The Bible has stories, but this one is real. Woe to those who call good evil and who call evil good. Woe to those who lie and cheat and steal and cause harm to the righteous. Beware. God is still on the throne and He will come down and visit those who do evil. Take heart, righteous people. We may suffer for a time but He will never give us more than we can bear. Take heart, righteous people and never give up the name of Jesus. Keep it always on your lips for He has the true power over life and death, victory and defeat, peace and wars.

Written in love for those who follow the Lion. Take care in these darkening times, Jesus is near.

Scripture from New International Version.

Oh My People…

If my people,

Which are call by my name,

shall humble themselves, and pray,

and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways;

then I will hear from heaven,

and will forgive their sin,

and will heal their land.

America, I pray for you. This great nation God does not want to judge harshly for our sins. We need to repent and return to our first love. We need to acknowledge that God loves us and then honor Him with our songs of praise and obedience to Him. His commands are not hard, love one another even as He loved us. But if we choose to leave blinders on, as a horse has blinders and sees only a partial view of his world, then He will not relent but bring on us all the disasters decreed for us because of His righteous judgements. But those who have not rejected His leading, who have not strayed but stayed strong, He promises to never forsake His remnant or leave us unprotected.

America, those who are called by His name, sound the alarm, cry unto the Lord our God, gather the people because the day of the Lord is at hand, and in honest repentance and prayer, stand in the gap for America. Call to the Most High and see if He will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind Him. See if He will turn away His anger towards us.

Encourage My people…

Encouragement—can be a noun or a verb; the action of giving someone support, confidence, or hope (New Oxford Dictionary); words or behavior that gives someone confidence to do something (Cambridge Dictionary).

In this crazy mixed up year of 2020 that seems to have imploded with worsening scenarios of more lockdowns, fewer freedoms, more government control of everything, and less liberty, we desperately need encouragement. We face not enough of anything such as toilet paper, laughter and humor, connection with our friends and loved ones, and hugs and kisses. It has been proven that people get over an illness quicker with hugs than without, and we are barred from the people that depend on us when they are ill.

Burning, looting, killing, badgering, lying, cheating, bribing, and committing fraud in the name of greed and power have become the norm. We have lost the ability to see a smile, caress a face, or give a helping hand to someone without crossing our social distancing boundaries. The ones pulling the strings on our puppet world have divided us as a nation and isolated us as human beings. Our souls are weary. Our hearts are dismayed. Our hope is waning.

Then comes the word encouragement…support, hope, confidence. Do not despair. God knew we would have storms and hard times and troubles, but God’s word is still alive and active. He cares. He sees. He is the great I Am.

Encouragement from Psalm 33

Praise and sing to God in verses 1-3

We are to sing and praise to God. Worship Him because worship is the weapon that the devil cannot tolerate nor can he do anything to stop us as we worship. It is our choice no matter what is going on in this crazy world of ours.

Who God is – verses 4-5

The words of God are faithful and have power and justice in them. The world showcases His love if we choose to see.

The strength and power of God – verses 6-9

God holds the seas and the earth in His hands and can store them in His warehouse. Holy fear and reverence is what we are to give, for when He spoke, everything was formed.

God’s plans are sure – 10-11

God does not let the evil rule for long. He sees and His plans will be the ones that remain forever.

He sees the nations and the peoples – 12-15

God chose to bless this nation because we honored Him. He looks down from heaven to see how we are doing. He sees our hearts.

No one is exempt from God’s power – 16-17

No weapon formed on earth can compete with the power of God the Father.

He sees His people and is moved to action – 18-19

When the Lord sees us we are protected and delivered from the things that are attacking and even in dry ground we will bloom.

He sees us and we have hope – 20-22

We wait for Him. We believe that He is. He is our very breath of life, our Savior and our King.

We are God’s people trying to navigate this perilous time. We should choose to be quiet before Him and praise Him for He lives in the praises of His people. We should worship Him because the evil around cannot bear to hear our words of worship. The words of worship is our weapon. He is our hope. He is our salvation. He will never leave us. He has promised to deliver us. Let us unerringly remind our hearts and our souls, that our hope is in Him.

Psalm 33

1 Sing joyfully to the Lord, you righteous;
it is fitting for the upright to praise Him.
2 Praise the Lord with the harp;
make music to Him on the ten-stringed lyre.
3 Sing to Him a new song;
play skillfully and shout for joy.
4 For the word of the Lord is right and true;
He is faithful in all He does.
5 The Lord loves righteousness and justice;
the earth is full of His unfailing love.
6 By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
their starry host by the breath of His mouth.
7 He gathers the waters of the sea into jars;
He puts the deep into storehouses.
8 Let all the earth fear the Lord;
let all the people of the world revere Him.
9 For He spoke, and it came to be;
He commanded, and it stood firm.
10 The Lord foils the plans of the nations;
He thwarts the purposes of the peoples.
11 But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever;
the purposes of His heart through all generations.
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
the people He chose for His inheritance.
13 From heaven the Lord looks down and see all mankind;
14 from His dwelling place He watches all who live on earth -
15 He who forms the hearts who forms the hearts of all,
who considers everything they do.
16 No king is saved by the size of his army;
no warrior escapes by his great strength.
17 A horse is a vain hope for deliverance;
despite all its great strength it cannot save.
18 But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him,
on those whose hope is in His unfailing love,
19 to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.
20 We wait in hope for the Lord;
He is our help and our shield.
21 In him our hearts rejoice,
for we trust in His holy name.
22 May Your unfailing love be with us, Lord,
even as we put our hope in You.

Written in love,
Kathy

…and to the Republic

I pledge allegiance to the flag –

            But now we allow it to be stepped on, burned, disrespected, and touted as evil.

Of the United States of America –

But we are not united anymore. Lies and corruption and more lies told by those who should be trustworthy.

And to the Republic for which it stands –

But it does not stand any longer.  The extremists of both liberals and conservatives have cut its throat. The officials have allowed greed and corruption to infiltrate every stronghold of the republic

One nation –

But we are not one nation. We are a group of people ruled over by those who believe we are not intelligent enough to make sound decisions while their decisions divide and destroy the American dream by annihilating freedom.

Under God –

But not according to those who kill, maim, and destroy anything in their way with hatred and power.

Indivisible –

But we are divided. We have been infiltrated by the enemy. The trap has been set and the last warning has been given.

With liberty and justice for all.

But no longer for all. The unborn are being killed. The old are being allowed to die because they hold no purpose. The workers that built America are being exterminated one small business at a time. The farmers that feed the American people are being persecuted without thought to the final outcome. We are told we have no rights because the Constitution is old and outdated, but those who are wielding power have that power because of the Constitution. We are labeled as non-humans because we believe differently than the corrupt officials.

In a republic, the citizens have the power and elected officials are to yield to what they believe. We have been stripped of this. Officials expect the citizens to yield to their power and, to a large extent, that has become the norm. For how much longer?

Liberals and conservatives alike are on the verge of losing the freedoms that allowed us to be different and still have the freedoms that made American the envy of the entire world. We are expected to speak only what we are told, believe only what information we are fed, go only where we are allowed, eat only what they decide is good for us, and take vaccinations without proper testing because they are more intelligent than the general public of America. If the liberal people think they are exempt from any of the tyrannical rules that are being set in place, they fool themselves.

America is dying at the hands of the elected officials that we the people elected—and they don’t care. They have power because of the terror we have allowed to grow. We the people made them rich, and when they get rid of us they will be made poor.

So, what do we as Americans and Jesus followers do as we see this inexplicable thing happening?

Pray

Take all of the concerns we have, all the fears, all the lack and loss, all the changes, all the regulations that allow us to be free to worship as we wish, and give them to the God who holds the key.

Pray.

Then believe.

Pray some more.

And be encouraged, for God has not left this earth.

Lay all our cares and worries of this earth down and pick up encouragement from the Lord. Pray the Word.

“You, Lord, hear the desire of the afflicted; You encourage them, and you listen to their cry, defending the fatherless and oppressed, so that mere earthly mortals will never again strike terror.” Psalm 10:17-18

The wicked plot evil – “They encourage each other in evil plans, they talk about hiding their snares; they say, “Who will see it?” They plot injustice and say, “We have devised a perfect plan!” But God will shoot them with His arrow; they will suddenly be struck down. He will turn their own tongues against them and bring them to ruin.” Psalm 64:5-8

Pray this against the evil ones – “Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am against your magic charms with which you ensnare people like birds, and I will tear them from your arms; I will set free the people that you ensnare like birds. I will tear off your veils and save my people from your hands, and they will no longer fall prey to your power. Then you will know that I am the Lord…I will save my people from your hands. And then you will know that I am the Lord.”

America is not without guilt. Christians in America are not without guilt. We have turned our backs on the homeless and weak. We have allowed God to be taken out of public view. We have closed our eyes to the atrocities that happen daily. But we are not without hope.

“If at any time I (God) announce that a nation or kingdom is to be uprooted, torn down and destroyed, and if that nation I warned repents of its evil, then I will relent and not inflict on it the disaster I had planned….Look, I am preparing a disaster for you and devising a plan against you. So, turn from your evil ways, each one of you, and reform your ways and your actions.” Jeremiah 18:7-8

God is gracious. God is good. God is merciful. God is trustworthy. God is holy. God is also a God of truth and justice and ready to forgive His people.

Return, America, to God.

Return, America, to Him who can change the trajectory of this land.

Return, America, and be healed. Repent of our ungodly ways and hatred and turn back to the only hope we have, the only light in the dark, the only encouragement that our souls and our hearts seek.

In humble love – Kathy
