Hello friend. This is the last of the letters between us. Seven is the complete number and a good place to end. There has been so much going on in America, in the politics, and in our society that I fear America will never be the same nor will we have the same freedoms that you and I enjoy right now. There is such a division of power, good and evil and what is honorable and holy. I will continue to pray for you as the scriptures say.
Just going to take the time to remind us that God is always in control even when the times look gravely serious to our earthly eyes. So as reminders of who He is —

God made the universe and all that is in it. Jesus is the radiance of God’s glory and the Spirit resides in us. He makes His servants to be flames of fire for the dark world we live in and His angels are sent to minister to us when we feel like the light is waning.

We are all made in God’s image and through Jesus Christ we exist. God is the builder of everything and knows our hearts. Do not test God nor harden our hearts to Him, for His sword is shaper than any knife able to even separate soul and spirit.

We find mercy with Him. We find grace with Him. In the hard times He is our anchor and confidence that we are firm and secure. He is able to save completely those who come to Him believing that He is.

When we place our hope in God we serve our eternal I Am. The Bible is words that have been God-breathed and penned by man. By having the very breath of God in the words, we stand secure in the knowledge that what is written is true and able to stand.

Because of what Jesus did on the cross we are able to stand with full assurance of faith in Him that our prayers will be heard by God the Father. We do not see the future but we stand firm on the knowledge that He will never leave us nor forsake us.

Therefore, because of His great and precious promises we need to live our lives in holy fear, run our race without wavering and look forward to the place where Jesus is forever. So we should worship God in reverence and in godly fear because Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday, and forever, and our God is a consuming fire.
I pray that your spirit listens closely to truth. I pray that your life be a mirror of God’s goodness. I pray that your soul not be overcome by the evil of the day and that the honorable power that comes only from knowing Him and submitting to His power will dawn on your life. I know that we are far apart from believing in the same things for the future, but with God all things are possible and I am believing for the impossible, therefore, I pray.
In Christ’s enduring love – Kathy
