This is the small, non-hairy dog that God blessed me with! He does have a great sense of humor!
I was raised on an Oklahoma farm, daughter of a minister, mother of three, and wife to one person whom I lost in 2018. I have journaled for years off and on, but when I lost my BFF, I started writing again in the hopes it would help me find relief. It did. Then in the fall of 2019 I enrolled in a self-publishing class at the CVTech in El Reno, OK.

The class was taught by Andrea Foster. She directs a group of very talented people at Creative Quills. It changed my life. I used the journal notes and wrote a book about the first year of grief, and now I have this!
I believe every person has a story. I believe every story can help someone else going through similar circumstances. This is part of my story and I hope it inspires you to keep moving and keep searching for the tender heart of God, because “ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it will be opened.” Luke 11:9-10
“I loved your prayers. I copied one and carry it with me.”
